Our story
BW Residential is a boutique building company. Each project is custom designed for our clients to help them realise their building dreams. Based in Western Australia, BW Residential is made up of people from design and construction backgrounds which allows projects to be well considered from the beginning whilst ensuring their feasibility. We want to realise our client’s design dreams and create homes that are unique and complement our client’s personality and values.
Our projects are well considered, composed and committed to craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on being collaborative with our clients, investigating every opportunity to push design boundaries and ultimately create extraordinary homes that our clients love to live in.
We also build multi-unit developments for developers, investors or clients. We offer a range of services in this space including assistance with land acquisition, design, approvals, construction through to sales and marketing.
The Team
Julian Giannasi
Director + Project Manager
Julian is a Registered Builder with over 15 years of experience in project management and construction management. He also holds a Bachelor of Design having worked extensively in the interior design and commercial fit-out space primarily in the Perth CBD. Julian has an eye for design which coupled with his focus on craftsmanship translates into beautiful honest living spaces.
Tony Cumace
Business Development Manager
Tony is a Registered Builder with extensive experience in property development. Tony comes from a banking and finance background which goes hand in hand with assessing the feasibility of a project, particularly project financing multi-unit developments. Tony also has over 15 years of experience in supervising the construction of residential projects and is passionate about creating homes that are finished to the highest standard.
